This policy explains what information Faceform collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Right now this website is a waitlist page only.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Your email address, if you join the waitlist, together with the date and time you signed up.
  • Technical data that any website receives when you visit: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver and protect the site.
  • Language and approximate country. We read your browser’s language setting and the country your connection comes from to show the page in your language. We do not store this.

We do not collect photos, face scans or any biometric data through this website. The faces shown on the page are illustrative, AI-generated examples, not real people or customers. If the Faceform product launches, it will have its own privacy policy, which you will be able to read before you upload anything.

Cookies

We set one small cookie, ff_man, which remembers which example was shown so the next visit shows a different one. It contains a single number, does not identify you, and expires after one year. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use your information

  • Waitlist email: to tell you when Faceform launches. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
  • Technical data, language and the cookie: to run, secure and present the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a working site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and the service we use to store the waitlist, and only so they can provide those services to us. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until Faceform launches and we have told you about it, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
